Clear expectations, before you order
Terms of Service
Good Chaser is operated by Noor Intelligence, based in Wincanton, Somerset, United Kingdom. This page explains how the service operates and what customers can expect. Last updated: 2 November 2026.
1. The service
Good Chaser prepares personalised self-help overdue-invoice letters and related communication templates using the details you provide. We do not send letters to debtors, collect money on your behalf, act as solicitors, represent you or guarantee payment.
2. Who can use it
The service is designed for customers using it lawfully in connection with legitimate overdue invoices, primarily in the UK. You must have authority to provide any relevant invoice and recipient information and must not use generated documents for harassment, fraud or misleading claims.
3. Available packs and prices
The advertised Essential Letter Pack costs £9 once and generally contains one reminder letter, matching email wording and a short sending checklist. The Complete Recovery Pack costs £29 once and generally includes a three-stage communication sequence, payment-plan proposal, action plan and supporting checklists. An eligible same-invoice upgrade may cost £20 after purchasing the £9 pack. The order page controls the exact offer and price shown when you purchase.
4. Your responsibilities
All documents are drafts for your review. You must check the recipient, amounts, dates, contractual terms, legal assertions, interest calculations and suitability before editing or sending anything. You must decide whether escalation is justified and follow applicable pre-action protocols where relevant.
5. Payment and delivery
Payment is processed through the checkout service shown at purchase. We prepare documents based on your submitted information and provide the available delivery route for your order. If you do not receive your documents or encounter an error, contact us with your order reference without sharing complete payment card details.
6. No legal advice or guaranteed results
Our content is general and informational. Whether late-payment interest, compensation or a particular demand procedure applies depends on the facts, contract and law. Good Chaser is not a substitute for specialist advice on a disputed or complex claim.
7. Intellectual property and usage
After purchase you may personalise and use the supplied documents for your own invoice follow-up needs. You may not resell or publish our underlying templates as a competing document library without permission. Your original invoice facts remain yours.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Products and features may be improved over time; changes will not remove statutory consumer rights.
9. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by breaches of applicable law or contract to the extent required by law. We are not responsible for debtor behaviour or for errors in invoice information you supply. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory rights.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are intended for a UK-operated service. Applicable consumer law and mandatory local rights continue to apply. Contact Good Chaser through your order correspondence for help with the service.
